Nigeria lost a soccer star by the name OLAWALE

In his days:
He was both a Nigerian football player and coach.

He played at both Professional and International levels as a striker before becoming Africa’s first qualified Professional football coach.

During his time in Nigeria, Olawale won the challenge cup a total of seven times

A stadium in Lagos was named in his honour after death

A foundation was also founded after his death to assist the families of Nigerian ex-international footballers

Olawale left behind eight children
